Nikki

Owner and operator Nikki loves everything about hairdressing. She is best known for her cutting skills, including complete re-styling, barbering and anything else involving her beloved cutting tools! With over 20 years of experience, she’s still amazing for her work and fabulous clients which make the job a sheer joy. She continues to do as many courses as possible whilst running and working in the salon.

Over the years, Nikki has done a teaching qualification, assessing and colour courses, and she most recently had the honour and pleasure of working with the Trevor Sorbie Team in promoting My New Hair at the L'Oréal Academy in London. During that time, she learned medical/psychological theory and how to fit, cut and style wigs for people with medical hair loss, which she hopes to develop in the near future.

Steve

Introducing Steve, an absolute gem in the hairdressing trade! With nearly 50 years of experience in the industry, having had his own shop, and having had many of his clients for over 20 years, Steve is a very talented hairdresser that can cover every hairdressing need. He feels that his attributes are cutting, styling and perming hair. In his own words, he ‘loves a challenge’!

Donata

This is Donata our youngest, very talented member of the team.

Donata started with us as a 3rd year student in October 2019 on a one day a week placement for Norwich City College after completing her Nvq level 2 and progressing to her advanced hairdressing course of level 3 which she very successfully achieved in May 2020 then leading to a position as a qualified hairdresser @thelil’hairshop. As a young stylist she is brilliant at colouring and cutting and is always really enthusiastic to learn new skills and methods.

Donata is working hard to build up her clientele in the Lil’ Hair Shop and is looking forward in continuing her growth and development.

IIlona

We would like to welcome our new hairdresser Ilona to Lil Hair Shop . She is professional in what she does. She is also multilingual and will happily speak with you in Russian, Latvian, Polish and English
